ARCHITECT / INTERIOR DESIGNER

MODE’s Sofia office is currently looking for highly motivated and talented architects/designers across all levels.

For junior and mid-level architects/designers, ideal candidates shall be architectural/engineer professionals with impressive portfolios, who are enthusiastic about working on local and international projects in a design-led environment.

At a senior level, ideal candidates shall possess extensive experience in all phases of the design process with excellent project management, client coordination and people management skills.

Requirements:

• Professional degree in Architecture, Interior/Engineer Design or in a relevant field
• The candidates shall have at least three years' experience in the development and management of architectural/interior projects, project resource management, client relations, organisation of the various project stages and on site experience
• The applicants shall be skilled in autonomously organising and managing projects, and shall possess a strong aptitude for working in teams

Other requirements:

• Strong conceptual and design talent
• Excellent knowledge and experience in early design phases such as concept and schematic design
• Excellent abilities and experience in preparing, developing and editing working drawings and models
• Excellent AutoCAD, 3DSMax & V-ray, Photoshop, MS Office, Rhino skills (experience with Revit is an asset)
• Fluent in English, any other language will be an asset
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team
• Knowledge of MODE’s work
